Self-exclusion

Time-Out: Short Break

Time-Out is a temporary cessation of gambling activity. You may select a Time-Out period within your Rp55 Account Profile. During Time-Out, you will be unable to deposit, withdraw funds, or access any Rp55 products. Time-Out periods are chosen from predefined options in the Account Profile. Reinstatement of access occurs automatically at the end of the selected period. A revocation request may be made only after 24 hours have elapsed from the initial Time-Out request.

Self-Exclusion: Extended Break

Self-Exclusion provides a longer cessation from gambling. You may self-exclude for a fixed period between 6 months and 5 years. If you do not specify a period, a default of 6 months applies. Initiation may be performed by selecting Self-Exclusion in your account or by submitting a request to Rp55 Support. Upon receipt, the account is placed in a 24-hour cooling-off state, during which no gambling activity is possible. After the cooling-off period, the system presents the available exclusion periods for confirmation. A response confirming the selected period is required; if no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the exclusion request may be deemed withdrawn and the account reopened. During Self-Exclusion, deposits and withdrawals are blocked and access to Rp55 products is disabled; promotional material is withheld.

Activation, Effects and Reinstatement

When a Self-Exclusion period becomes active, the account is disabled for the specified duration. On expiry, the account is automatically re-activated. If you wish to end an active Self-Exclusion earlier, you may submit a revocation request in writing; the Company will review such requests in its absolute discretion and may deny them.

Period Options and Defaults

Available exclusion periods are defined by Rp55 and include a minimum period of 6 months and a maximum period of 5 years. If no period is stated by you, a 6-month Self-Exclusion will apply automatically.

Financial Protections and Limits

In the Rp55 account environment you may set financial protection measures, including deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits, in the My Account section. If you exceed a maximum limit, further gambling actions may be restricted for that limit. Any limit or exclusion may be revoked only by written or electronic notice to Rp55, subject to the Company's discretion. Rp55 will take reasonable steps to ensure that Self-Exclusion is observed and will not actively send promotional material to excluded players. Rp55 is not liable for any activity conducted through alternate accounts or altered registration details during an exclusion period.
