These Terms of Service govern your use of Rp55 (the “Operator”) and its Services, including the Rp55 website and any associated platforms or applications (the “Services”). By opening an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Services.
To open an Account you must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and not prohibited from using the Services. Rp55 reserves the right to refuse or suspend registration or access in its sole discretion, including where information provided during registration is false, misleading or incomplete. Each Customer may hold only one active Account. Duplicate Accounts may be suspended or closed and all associated activity voided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must immediately notify Rp55. Rp55 may invalidate or suspend any activity conducted using compromised credentials and may require identity verification before allowing further use of the Services.
Rp55 reserves the right to implement KYC procedures to verify your identity, age, and location. Verification may require submission of documents or use of remote verification processes. Access to, and use of, the Services may be restricted until verification is completed to Rp55’s satisfaction. Rp55 may share information submitted for verification with third-party verification providers in accordance with applicable laws and Rp55’s privacy policy.
Rp55 will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to Rp55 collecting, storing and using personal data for identity verification, payment processing, anti-fraud measures, and regulatory compliance. You acknowledge that Rp55 may contact you regarding account activity, promotions and important notices, subject to your opt-out choices where available.
Customers must not use the Services for illegal purposes or to facilitate wrongdoing. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, collusion, or manipulation of games; attempting to circumvent geo-blocking or other security controls; and using automated tools or bots to gain an unfair advantage. Rp55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account or deny transactions where such activity is suspected or detected.
Deposits and withdrawals must be performed in compliance with Rp55’s procedures. Rp55 may require verification prior to processing deposits or withdrawals. Methods, processing times, and any applicable limits or fees will be published in the cashier section and may be changed from time to time. Deposited funds may only be used by the Account holder and must originate from legitimate sources. Rp55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that violates these Terms or applicable law, or that Rp55 suspects is fraudulent.
Bets are subject to the Rules for each market and are accepted when displayed as placed in Rp55’s systems. Settlement occurs upon the conclusion of the event or market. If an event is canceled or a bet is otherwise void, the bet will be refunded in accordance with Rp55’s applicable rules. Rp55 may cancel, suspend or amend bets, including in the case of technical errors, at its sole discretion acting reasonably.
Promotions and rewards are offered at Rp55’s discretion and are subject to specific terms published at the time of offer. Promotions may require wagering or play-through requirements, have expiration periods, and may be restricted by eligibility rules. Rp55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without advance notice, where allowed by law.
Rp55 is committed to responsible gambling. Customers may set self-imclusion, time limits, or spend limits in the account settings. Rp55 will cooperate with regulatory or self-regulatory bodies and may take action including temporary or permanent account restrictions, based on risk indicators or customer requests.
All Site Content, software, branding and related materials are owned by Rp55 or its licensors. Rp55 grants customers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Rp55’s Content, nor may they use Rp55’s marks or Content in a manner that is misleading or defamatory or that infringes Rp55’s rights.
Rp55 collects and processes personal and transactional data to operate the Services and to comply with legal obligations. The handling of such data is governed by Rp55’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to Rp55 processing your personal data as described in the Policy.
Rp55 may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with Rp55’s policy and may be posted on the Site or via account notifications. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Rp55 may suspend or terminate your Account for breach of these Terms, regulatory action, fraud, or as otherwise permitted by law. You may request closure of your Account in writing; closures do not affect obligations or rights accrued prior to closure.
Rp55 provides the Services on an as is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rp55 excludes warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of fitness, merchantability and non-infringement. Rp55 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information, data or content is accurate or current. Rp55’s liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amounts paid by you to Rp55 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; Rp55 excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rp55 is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, power outages, network failures, or other disruptions.
In the event of the insolvency of Rp55 or its affiliates, Rp55 may suspend or terminate Services and shall make reasonable efforts to return Customer funds in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rp55 operates and is licensed. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the Customer’s place of residence.
Rp55 may provide notices by posting on the Site, via email to the address on your account, or through in-app notifications. It is your responsibility to maintain current contact details and to review communications related to these Terms.
