Overview
Rp55 provides a secure framework for funding your gaming balance through a controlled set of deposit methods. All deposits are subject to verification and monitoring in accordance with applicable law and Rp55 internal policies. Deposits must be made from an account in the name registered to the Rp55 account. Third party funding is not permitted. Deposits are credited to your Rp55 balance after successful processing and may be visible in the Transaction History section.
Deposit Methods

Bank Transfer — Local and international transfers supported. Minimum per transaction: Rp50; maximum per transaction: Rp1,000,000. Banking settlements may take up to one to two banking days depending on the issuing bank and processing schedules. Each transfer must include a unique reference generated in the Rp55 Banking area to ensure correct crediting.

Credit and Debit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued in the name of the Rp55 account holder. Minimum per transaction: Rp100; maximum per transaction: Rp50,000. Deposits are typically credited instantly after successful card authorization. Card details must match the Rp55 account profile.

E-Wallets — Supported electronic wallet providers and real time settlement where available. Minimum per transaction: Rp20; maximum per transaction: Rp40,000. Deposits are credited instantly where the provider supports immediate settlement. The e-wallet account used must be in the name of the Rp55 account holder.

Cryptocurrencies — Selected digital assets with network confirmations. Minimum per transaction: Rp50; maximum per transaction: Rp100,000. Deposits are credited after the required confirmations and may be subject to network fees. Use the Rp55 Banking interface to generate and copy the recipient address where applicable.
Deposit Flow

Log in to your Rp55 account and navigate to the Banking or Cashier section.

Choose a deposit method and enter the amount to fund.

Complete the payment process as prompted by the selected method. For bank transfers, initiate the transfer using the provided reference; for cards or wallets, authorize the payment as directed.

Monitor the deposit status and the updated balance in the Transaction History. Funds are credited once processing is complete.
Processing Times and Tracking
Processing times vary by method. Card and most wallet deposits are credited instantly upon successful authorization. Bank transfers may require one to two banking days to settle. All deposits are visible in the Transaction History once crediting is confirmed.
Security, Verification, and Compliance
To comply with applicable law and anti-money laundering requirements, deposits made via card or e-wallet must originate from a personal account linked to the Rp55 registration. Third party funding is prohibited. Rp55 reserves the right to suspend, review, or reverse deposits if verification cannot be completed or suspicious activity is detected. Rp55 may request additional documentation to verify identity, ownership of payment instruments, or source of funds prior to or after deposit processing.
Refunds, Reversals, and Disputes
Deposits are generally final after successful processing. In cases of payment authorization failure, chargeback, or reversal by a payment provider, Rp55 may reverse the deposit funds, suspend the account, or require further verification before accepting additional deposits. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the deposit transaction.
