These Rp55 Betting Rules govern all bets placed through the Rp55 sportsbook. They apply to every End User who uses the platform and to every Bet, including live betting, placed on eligible events. Rp55 may update the Rules at any time without notice; changes take effect when published on the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English version prevails. These Rules operate alongside applicable laws and regulatory obligations in the End User's jurisdiction.
Only individuals of legal gambling age in the applicable jurisdiction may register and wager. Rp55 conducts identity verification and AML checks as part of onboarding and ongoing monitoring. The Operator may suspend, limit or terminate an End User account for noncompliance, suspicious activity, or breach of these Rules. End Users must not share login credentials or permit third parties to use their account. Rp55 reserves the right to request documentation to verify a user’s identity or address at any time.
All Bets are subject to these Rules and applicable law. A Bet is valid only when expressly accepted as confirmed in the bet slip. Rp55 may decline to accept any Bet at its sole discretion. Bets may be placed before the start of an Event or during a Live Event (live betting). When a Bet is accepted, the Stake is deducted from the End User’s balance and the Bet is considered registered on the server; the End User receives an online confirmation of acceptance. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after acceptance except as provided herein.
Bets must not exceed the End User’s current balance. In the case of balance insufficiency, Rp55 may decline the Bet or suspend acceptance until funds are replenished.
Live Bets may be placed on main and additional Outcomes during an Event. A Live Bet is accepted when registered on the server and confirmed in the Bet Slip. Live Bet Odds, once accepted, are not subject to change, except as specified for particular Live scenarios. Rp55 is not responsible for inaccuracies in live results from external feeds and End Users should corroborate with independent sources. Live Bets are not edited or deleted except as permitted in these Rules.
Winnings are calculated as the Stake multiplied by the Odds at the time of settlement, subject to any caps disclosed on the Bet Slip. If an Express or System contains one or more losing Selections, the Bet loses in its entirety; System winnings are the aggregate of qualified Expresses within the System. The maximum win per Bet is capped per Event or per Bet Slip disclosure; the current cap is shown prior to confirmation on the Bet Slip.
Adjustments may occur if an Event is corrected or results are updated. If an officially verified result changes after settlement, Rp55 may recalculate and adjust the Bet accordingly. If a bettor’s balance becomes negative after recalculation, the bettor may not place further Bets until funds are added.
Where an Event is canceled or not completed, Rp55 will determine settlement as described in this section and may void affected Bets. In case of a known erroneous result, Rp55 may apply a correction and settle Bets based on the corrected outcome. If an error in the odds calculation system is detected and acknowledged by Rp55, all Bets on the affected Events may be treated as winning with odds of 1.0 for settlement purposes.
Where a Bet is settled in a way that conflicts with other official information, Rp55 reserves the right to rely on official event documents, league portals, or authoritative statistical sources. In the absence of official data, the Operator may reference independent sources or broadcast data for settlement decisions.
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled for more than 48 hours from the original start time, Rp55 may void all Bets on that Event at its sole discretion. If an Event is interrupted and resumed within 5 hours, existing Bets remain valid. If resume exceeds 5 hours and the result is not determined, Bets may be settled with a coefficient of 1 unless a result has become unambiguously defined prior to stoppage. For Events that cannot be completed within the standard time frame, settled outcomes that are already determined at the moment of stoppage may be honored; other outcomes are settled with odds of 1.0.
If a participant fails to appear, withdraws, or is disqualified before or during an Event, Rp55 may adjust or nullify Bets in accordance with the standings and official rules of the competition. If a player/team does not take part, odds for Bets on that participant may be reset to 1.0 unless otherwise stated on the Bet Slip.
In cases of data inconsistency across sources, Rp55 may suspend settlement pending verification. If results shown on official sites differ from broadcast data, Rp55 may settle according to official sources or, where necessary, independent verification. In disputes with no prior precedent, Rp55 shall render a final decision. Bets placed in error, breaches of these Rules, or entries obtained through manipulation may be voided or adjusted at Rp55's sole discretion.
End Users shall not employ automated betting systems, scanners, bots, or third party services to place Bets. Use of such tools may lead to Bet cancellation, account suspension or other sanctions. Rp55 relies on reputable data sources for Event outcomes and reserves the right to disclose data sources upon request. End Users should seek independent verification of event data when necessary.
Claims regarding bet results must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the end of the Event, where official results exist. Where events are ongoing or disputed, Rp55 may suspend payment until verification. Settlement times reflect the official processing timelines of the relevant competition bodies and Rp55 internal procedures.
These Rules, the use of Rp55 betting services, and all Bets are governed by the applicable laws governing online gambling operations in Rp55’s jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over Rp55’s operating entity, in accordance with applicable law.
